Refund Policy

Transformational Servant Leadership Institute maintains a strict refund policy to ensure the integrity of our programs:
1. Video Downloads: No refunds will be issued for any downloadable video or digital content.
2. Programs and Courses: Refunds for live or online programs will only be considered if requested in writing at least 14 days before the program start date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Fees: Processing fees, administrative charges, and partial use of any service are non-refundable.
4. Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds for exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation.
